According to those close to Lorena Bobbitt, her defense seemed coached. Two witnesses came forward (one during the trial and one after the trial) who remembered L.B. telling them that she would cut off her husband's penis if he ever cheated on her. Connie James testified that three years before that fateful day on June 23, 1993, L.B. had said to her, "I would cut his dick off because that would hurt him more than killing him." This statement by Lorena Bobbitt was in response to James's question, "What would you do if found your husband had cheated on you." According to the second woman who wished to remain nameless, L.B. said to her, "He's cheating on me, I'm going to cut his dick off." According to the second woman, Lorena Bobbitt said this in full ear shot of those who worked around her every day including her boss, Janna Bisutti, who manages the nail salon where L.B. works. Yet Bisutti and the other women who had heard L.B. give her true reason for sexually mutilating her husband did not attempt to avail themselves to the prosecution. If they had, the world would have recognized the real reason why L.B. severed her husband's penis and became a hero for every man and woman who resents the male - particularly militant feminists. (We call these man hating feminists Kourieists (named after Callie Khourie who wrote "Thelma and Louise").
Sarah Louise Achayok, age 36, attempted to bite her husband's penis off because, according to her, he was cheating on her. She knows nothing about the Lorena Bobbitt case. She is to be tried in two months and is expected to get ten years in jail.
In California Arielo Marcios is now being tried for castrating her husband with a pair of scissors last year. The reason? Because her husband was cheating on her. After hearing about the L.B. case, her attorney decided to invent an insanity defense. According to court papers Marcios heard voices from the Virgin Mary telling her to do so.
During the trial, John Bobbitt went into a local bar where he talked to Larry Sutton, a reporter for the NY Daily News. Having nothing more to lose he spoke about why his wife severed his penis in a fit of rage. Lorena vowed publicly: "I'm going to cut it off." Why? "Lorena was jealous of me. I wanted to leave her. I didn't want to be around her any more." Mr. Sutton goes on to write: "A man carries around a list of the women he's made; it isn't that surprising his wife would get jealous, especially when one of the women on it claims her baby boy is his." It's time to get to the bottom of this matter. Evidence proves contrary to the decision rendered by the Manassas jury. Lorena Bobbitt is nothing more than an angry women who attacked her husband because of jealousy - not abuse.
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt returned home to John Bobbitt's apartment because she was afraid he would hunt her down.
FACT: This is a text book case of the abused spouse syndrome available to anyone who reads newspapers and magazines. Lorena Bobbitt is not smart enough or proficient enough in english to fabricate such an airtight story. Her lawyers on-the-other-hand are, especially Lisa Kemler, one of the slew of attorney's who represented L.B., and who exhibited a more than healthy resentment toward the male during the trial. Lorena Bobbitt was not harassed or coerced into giving up her two week separation from John Bobbitt - she willingly returned to him, after being told by friends that she could stay with them indefinitely. According to testimony at her trial, Lorena Bobbitt called John Bobbitt's mother some sixty times begging her to send J.B. back to her. She became increasingly angry at the rejections from John Bobbitt. John said after the trial was over, and had nothing left to lose, "All I wanted to do was get away from her, she continually tracked me down." Rejection is the single greatest catalyst for truly abusive men attacking their wives and girlfriends. It is no different for truly abusive women.
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt returned home to John Bobbitt's apartment like a lost puppy dog looking for mercy and comfort, and instead was abruptly awakened from her sleep, then raped and abused.
FACT: According to one of Lorena Bobbitt's friend's husband, Lorena Bobbitt found out about John Bobbitt cheating on her and the next night decided to return to his apartment to "see him". She had made no less than sixty calls to John Bobbitt's mother, begging her to send John back to her. She left her friend's house in a fit of anger. Finding him gone by the time she arrived, she naturally assumed that he was out with his girlfriend. He came home drunk in the wee hours of the morning - with his friends. She could not attack him that morning because there would have been witnesses. She then decided to have sex with him (she tore her own panties using a scissor to accuse him of rape - which is one of the many lies she told during John Bobbitt's marital rape trial that caused the jury to acquit him of all charges).
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt went into the kitchen for a glass of water - suddenly seeing the kitchen knife - and emotionally "blacked out" (not being sane or responsible for her actions). She then left the apartment with "his penis in one hand, and her walkman in another", indicating that she didn't come to her senses until after she drove away with his penis in her hand. Lisa Kemler painted a picture of Lorena Bobbitt driving down the road with a penis in one hand and a walkman in the other. Lisa Kemler said, "She must have been insane."
FACT: That night, when he was asleep, she went into the kitchen to get a kitchen knife. She then severed his penis and decided to take it with her. She was so callous about the act that she was even able to remember her 'walkman' as she left the house. She told the arresting officer that she did it because he was selfish during sex and didn't wait for her to have an orgasm. This indicates that she was cognizant of her actions and had total recall of the events.
FALLACY: Her defense attorneys conveyed to the jury that L.B. was such and innocent and "good" catholic girl, that she didn't even date a man until she met her "dream marine".
FACT: Lorena Bobbitt had not dated men before she met John Bobbitt because of her resentment for the male - not her Madonna like innocence. She deluded herself (as most gender haters do) that men across the continent (North Americans) would be different than hispanic men. But to women like Lorena Bobbitt all men are alike, and so her resentment for John Bobbitt became the same as that which she harbored toward hispanic men. This is because she possesses a deep seated resentment toward all men. Lorena Bobbitt's father, Carlos Gallo, did not take Lorena in after she left John, nor did he take her in after the verdict. Those who know both Mr. Gallo and Lorena Bobbitt, also know of the animosity that exists in their father/daughter relationship.
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt was driven by years of physical and sexual abuse to castrate her husband.
FACT: Remember Lorena Bobbitt's comments to the police as to the reason why she was driven to cut off John's penis; "He's selfish and never waits for me." [to have an orgasm]. Lorena Bobbitt decided that if John was not going to give her pleasure during sex that he would not be able to receive any pleasure either - forever! If it were not for the story invented by Lorena Bobbitt's lawyers, taken from textbooks and magazines describing the signs and symptoms of the abused woman syndrome, this vindictive motivation would have been self evident - even to the Manassas jury.
FALLACY: John Bobbitt is typical of an abusive husband by virtue of the fact that he seemingly has little concern for the sensual pleasure every woman deserves. He is a man who never cared about his wife's needs because she was never sexually satisfied. This is his fault.
FACT: Women who harbor a resentment toward the male often have difficulty being satisfied by the male. This is often known by sexologists as the plateau syndrome. Such a woman reaches a sexual plateau only to be denied her fulfillment (orgasm) at the moment of sexual climax. Suddenly she becomes numb, as if not to feel anything at all in terms of sensuality. She suddenly has no capability for any physical feelings at all. This is contrary to a healthy sexual woman who simply does not receive the necessary stimulation. The healthy woman still feels sensuous and continues the sexual relationship in the hope that the required stimulation will be forthcoming. Men and women who harbor a resentment toward themselves engage in masochistic sex in order to achieve orgasm. Men and women who harbor a resentment toward the opposite sex must engage in sadistic sex with their partner in order to achieve orgasm (i.e. rape). Lorena Bobbitt never had an orgasm with John Bobbitt because she would not be able to have an healthy orgasm with any male. This is the self imposed prison created by her own animosity toward the male - it is not John's fault any more than it is your fault or mine. Yet she, and a court of law, held John Bobbitt responsible for her "neglect". Lorena Bobbitt severed his penis in retaliation for not providing her with the sex she felt she deserved and the Manassas jury severed his rights, his dignity, and his self respect. Yet it wasn't his fault - it was hers.
FALLACY: She is so emotionally damaged from her experience that she is still a depressed and broken woman, and therefore the presiding judge, Harry A. Whisemant, Jr., gave her conditional release stating that she was not allowed to leave Norther Virginia (don't ask me where the dividing line is between northern and southern Virginia) without his permission for six months. She told a group of male journalists, who treated her like she was some kind of poor, innocent, angel, that SHE now had to go through a HEALING process.
FACT: After she was released from the Virginia State Hospital after psychologists found her quite sane, she held an interview with reporters and began to rub America's noses in her victory. When asked what she was going to do now that it was all over, she turned to her attorney Blair Brown, standing next to her and nodding his head with a typical Phil Donahue smile, giving her permission to say what they had "rehearsed"; "Well", she said with a laugh, "I've already been to McDonald's, so I'm going to Disneyland." Later when she was asked by a reporter if she had anything to say to men in the aftermath of her victory (the reporter implied that he was looking for some indication of guilt or remorse), she replied, "Men should treat women better."
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt was so insane at the time of her act that she could not remember all of the facts (less facts means less ammunition for the prosecution), as she indicated to the jury under the careful direction of Lisa Kemler.
FACT: One of the psychologists who treated her, said that "she still has a problem accepting responsibility for her role" [concerning her actions in this crime against all men]. In-other-words there is no guilt or remorse on her part at all - something that is always present in the hearts of those who commit spontaneous crimes of passion. She obviously remembered everything she needed to remember to be deemed "sane" in order to be released from the Virginia State Hospital.
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt is simply a victim of domestic violence who fought back. Jury foreman, Clay Cocalis, defended the jury's decision on Nightline, stating that he couldn't understand the media's fascination with this case. He was also instrumental in re-enacting the crime in the jury room, which helped convince the rest of the male jurors, who still wanted to convict, to change their minds.
FACT: This was a premeditated attack on John Bobbitt and all men were attacked by it. The story told to the jury by her attorney Lisa Kemler, sounded like something out of Psychology Today Magazine. This case is typical of domestic violence. A man and a woman live together and continually act out their anger toward one another. These woman typify Lorena Bobbitt in that women who harbor a resentment toward the male due so because of childhood experiences, not because of adult experiences. She first resented hispanic men because her father is hispanic. She stayed in a mutually hateful relationship because she was brought up by a father who created a mutually hateful relationship with his daughter. We all seek out adult partners who typify our paternal roll models. Even though these abused children (whether male or female) hate their relationships at home, engaging in the same type of hateful relationship as adults makes them feel secure. The male, however, is always seen as the batterer and the woman is always the battered. Something feminists never seem to tell us when they discuss domestic violence is that there are few truly battered men and women in domestic violence relationships. There are, however, many truly battered children. Particularly young boys who don't come forward when being abused (two-thirds of abused children are abused by their mothers) because of allowances we make for women to commit anti-male hate crimes and indicate that HE always "deserves it".
FALLACY: "I disregarded her tears and looks and considered the facts in the case." These were juror Peter Rudledge's comments in an article by Dennis Dugan of New York Newsday, entitled "Defendants win jurors' hearts, and the victims are all but forgotten".
FACT: Sympathy and male guilt, brought on by some forty witnesses who testified as to how badly John Bobbitt had abused his wife, led Rudledge and the other four male jurors to disbelieve John Bobbitt's witnesses and "side" with Lorena Bobbitt. She originally told the police, on the night she was arrested after the attack, that she cut John's penis off because he was selfish and never waits for her to have an orgasm. This is an expression common to many women who harbor a deep seated resentment toward the male, not an expression of rape. If she was raped by John Bobbitt it certainly wasn't responsible for her heinous act. When the prosecutor, Paul Ebert, pointed out her original statement to the jury and showed how it differed from her current story, the jury chose to ignore it. When Connie James testified as to Lorena Bobbitt's original threats, some three years prior to emasculating him on June 23, the jury chose not to believe her either. They chose not to believe anyone who would destroy their pure image of Lorena Bobbitt. Why then did five of the jurors who expressed disbelief in all of the prosecution witnesses vote 'guilty' on the first jury ballot. "What a tangled web we weave, when at first we practice to deceive." They simply became more angry at John Bobbitt than Lorena Bobbitt and acted out of a sense of bias and contempt for him. Peter Rudledge has a wife and DAUGHTER.
FALLACY: According to juror Nancy Emmanuel (a female hispanic) the jury's deliberations were not divided along gender lines.
FACT: During their deliberations, the seven woman and five man jury found themselves divided along gender lines. Seven members of the jury were in favor of acquittal, and five in favor of conviction. The only juror to be interviewed anonymously, in an article in the NY Daily News, would not answer the reporters question when asked if the jury was divided along gender lines. The juror refused to answer.
FALLACY: The five men on the jury honestly believe that the many witnesses that the defense produced, showed John Bobbitt to be a liar, and this is what finally made up their minds.
FACT: Lorena Bobbitt lied as often, and contradicted herself almost as much as John did. The five men on the jury began to feel guilty as men as a result of countless witnesses (mostly hispanic friends and family) that told the jury of acts of abuse Lorena suffered at John's hands. He denied all the allegations. He said he defended himself on numerous occasions but noone chose to believe him. The guilt inspired by the fabricated story of Lorena's insanity was too much for the five men of the jury. The seven women began to wear them down with excuse making coupled with a deep seated anger toward John Bobbitt and the many abusive husband characters they see on television. They caved in. The last male holdout caved in three hours after deliberations started and was the last man to betray all men. After the last man on the jury emasculated himself (figuratively speaking), the seven women applauded. The five men no longer had to feel guilty about being male - they now had the "conditional" approval of the seven women on the jury. The town of Manassas, once the proud star of the south, now became the laughing stock of the world. And so did we all. Even the hundreds of male reporters who covered the trial, treated Lorena Bobbitt like she was some kind of an angel.
FALLACY: Lorena Bobbitt is just a poor immigrant girl who had nowhere to turn.
FACT: There were so many lawyers at Lorena Bobbitt's table, during the trial, that the courthouse had to bring in another table. Did all of these lawyers expect to share the millions Lorena Bobbitt will make in media contracts for cutting off her husband's penis? No. All of the "conciliatory expenses" were paid by a defense fund set up by feminist organizations that lobby for domestic violence legislation, most of which is designed to deprive that male of his rights in the home. The largest organization to contribute to these smaller "front" organizations is the Fund for a Feminist Majority. the second largest contributer is the N.O.W. Legal Defense Fund. The third largest contributions came from the Ms. Foundation (an organization founded by Gloria Steinem - another woman who blames all men for the abuse she suffered at the hand of her father).
FALLACY: "The battered woman syndrome is now accepted; that's really what this says.", said Eleanor Smeal, president of the Feminist Majority Foundation, in Arlington VA., and former president of the national Organization for Women.
FACT: Lorena Bobbitt ran after and harassed John Bobbitt for the two weeks that they had separated. The classic battered woman defense applies to those husbands who run after and harass their wives. Newspaper polls in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles showed 87 - 92 percent of people polled after the acquittal believed Lorena Bobbitt should have been found guilty and receive jail time. After spending weeks in Manassas, the only message that can be derived from this miscarriage of justice is that no case that involves a man's civil and human rights, should be tried in a small town, heretofore known as "The Land That Time Forgot". These people honestly seem to have little concept of hatred and violence. Even though they live right outside Washington, D.C. This case has become known as "Bubba" justice. According to polls taken in NYC and Washington, D.C., If this case was tried in D.C., or New York City, she would have been convicted and received jail time.
FALLACY: "This is not a feminist victory and Lorena Bobbitt is not a feminist hero.", President of the New York chapter of N.O.W.
FACT: With the other side of her face the President of N.Y., N.O.W. also said, "Maybe men will think twice from now on." Kim Grady, Executive Vice President of N.O.W., said, "We're glad the jury rejected the twisted argument that a battered woman should be locked up in a prison cell." Ms. Gandy went on to say, "This whole saga drives home the need for swift passage of a comprehensive version of the 'Violence Against Women Act' which is stalled in the never-neverland of Congressional maneuvering." The obvious nature of the vindictiveness of NY, N.O.W.'s comment and the apprehensible comments of National N.O.W., respectively, should tell the men of America that what Lorena Bobbitt did she did for all feminists. Every young man who is abused by his mother is someone that we should all feel sorry for, but once he grows up to carry out his deep seated resentment toward the female (a symptom of maternal abuse of the male) to the degree that he sexually mutilates or rapes women he must be stopped. Most people in society will feel sorry for someone who has been abused as a child, but their sympathy turns to anger requiring a sense of justice when they lash out and abuse someone else. Kim Grady expects society to give a blank check to women who harbor resentment against the male no matter what their crimes against him are. Isn't this the woman and organization who lobbies for rape bills throughout America? Isn't this the organization that is attempting to pass a "Violence Against Women Bill" [only] in congress? Isn't this the bill that would attack every young boy and every young man who is being physically and sexually abused every day (often by women), indicating to them that they are not nearly as important to us as the female? This bill provides that crime against women should be more harshly punished (with greater sentences) than crimes against men. Doesn't this bill attack every man in America? Isn't it time to realize that feminism has become nothing more that a con job and that men are the fools for ever supporting N.O.W.?
FALLACY: This is not a crime against all men, but simply something to joke about. After the trial ordeal was over Lorena Bobbitt said that she would now go to disneyland (an expression usually used by men and woman after some great accomplishment of social significance) most of the fifty or so male journalists laughed indicating that such a crime is a joke and all men, young and old, shouldn't take it seriously.
FACT: Men do not depend on the courts to protect them. They depend on the courts to protect their families and their financial interests in the hope of securing a peaceful solution to economic and social differences. Most of all men depend on the courts to set an example between right and wrong for our children. The foolishness that what is paramount in the minds of men is the fear of castration is typical of an emasculated media that couldn't understand the male if he sat on their face. The paramount issue here is the message this decision gives to young boys. The second greatest issue here is that male bashing has come full circle, men have been attacked for the last time. The problem with the media is that there just aren't many "men" left in the media, who will stand up for the dignity and self respect of the adult male or the health safety and welfare of young men and boys who are being sexually and physically abused every day. If we are to bring about justice in the media, the courts, and the legislatures, we will have to do it ourselves.
FALLACY: According to many feminist journalists, such as Amy Pagnozzi of the New York Post, over 200 supporters gathered outside the courthouse in Manassas in bitter cold weather and cheered on L.B. as she walked to and from the courthouse, deliberately giving the false impression that many in Manassas supported her actions.
FACT: There were only fifty or so people outside the courthouse on any given day during the trial. All but a handful were journalists. All still pictures and video tapes shot at the scene each day show only five or six people cheering Lorena Bobbitt, most of them hispanic friends and family members, and a token representation of two or three angry feminists like Ms. Pagnozzi. For those of you who don't know this columnist for The NY Post, she has said, in print, that all men are potential rapists (even male rape victims themselves) and agrees with Lisa Kemler that "A life is worth more than a penis."
FALLACY: "A life is worth more than a penis."
FACT: A penis is worth more than a life - anyone's life.
FALLACY: This case is over, we men will simply have to lick our wounds and suffer another anti-male defeat and the young male victims of sexual abuse and mutilation will continue to suffer in silence.
FACT: This case will be tried in a federal court of law since an obvious violation of human and civil rights is involved. Lorena Bobbitt's lawyers will have to answer to a bar association inquiry as to the testimony of witnesses close to Lorena Bobbitt, who have heard Lorena say that she was coached by her attorneys, and that they knowingly deceived the court.
SUMMATION: Lorena Bobbitt will be punished along with her co-conspirators and feminism will enter a new age of the women's movement - the age of responsibility. They must and will be held accountable for their arrogance, their manipulations, their lies, and their attacks upon the male. Feminism is responsible for the new mandatory child support laws and subsequent arrests of innocent fathers who's only crime is being unemployed. They have invaded our school systems and developed curriculum that has abandoned young boys and young men in their own school rooms, denying them the attention they so desperately need. Now every man and America's son has been attacked by the Lorena Bobbitt decision and the condonment and vindictiveness we have all seen on behalf of America's feminist leaders resulting in a new low in gender politics.
A young immigrant woman comes to America in order to attain the "American Dream" after meeting a United States Marine stationed in her home country as a result of America's commitment in preserving peace in Central and South America. She then sexually mutilates him in his sleep, motivated solely by her anger toward the male and her vindictiveness toward this United States Marine. She was further supported by hispanic men and woman in Manassas (some of whom are illegal immigrants) who voiced a greater motivation of contempt for "gringos" than for abusive husbands. The feminists of Washington, D.C. then support this woman enough to give her a concocted classic abused woman defense in order to "make their point" concerning domestic violence. The same women who called Vietnam veterans "baby killers", and have consistently attacked the men of the military, dedicated to protecting them, now make a hero out of an immigrant who sexually mutilated an ex-marine.
The men of America have been too patient for too long. It is time for a social war. It is time for every man to choose a side and fight for what he believes in. We can no longer tolerate this twisted idea of the feminist agenda and the complacency by which our American institutions support such an agenda. While the American male was spending his time tending to his family and raising his children, the men he has left in charge of his dignity and self respect have come up short, whether considering the actions of the five men on the Manassas jury or the male judges or legislators who are responsible for protecting our interests. Modern feminism has abandoned it's ideology of equal rights. It is time for the men of America to put their dignity and self respect first. It is time to take back our children, our schools, our media, our courts, our legislatures and our congress - it is time to take America back.
